ORIGINAL POEM BY DAVID SICHLER
you bite at the sun
a nymph at dawn
wings mapped with impossible estuaries
to search between the sacred and profane
beyond the brevity of a day
the voracious eye beckons the mayfly
sleep of the fossil
do you envy the cinnamon earth
for the odyssey it grants tomorrow

HELLO, I'M DAVID
This poem has been written and strung together by me, the highly strung one.
It is printed on cream-coloured paper, covered in a matt laminate for protection and assembled by hand with red string and a wooden peg. It comes in a glass test tube, 20mm x 150mm with a black stopper.
For a little extra you can purchase a stainless steel stand, handmade in Melbourne, allowing your poem to pose proudly in its new home. Just choose this option from the menu before clicking the ADD button above.
